Shipping & Returns Shipping Policies.

We Currently Ship within the states of California, Oregon, Washington, Colorado and Nevada! To see your shipping cost, simply add your products into the shopping cart and proceed to checkout. You will be shown the shipping cost prior to processing your order.

Order Verification:
All patients MUST provide a Valid State Photo I.D. as well as their Doctor prescribed cannabis prescription I.D. BEFORE any shipment can be made. All patients will be verified before shipment is processed. Shipments are only sent to the Valid State I.D. address and MUST be signed for by the validated patient. Any patients that we are unable to verify will be refunded their donation and their order will be cancelled.

Shipping Policy: Most of our orders are shipped from our facilities within 24 hours of placing your order, not including weekends. Delivery can be expected in 3-11 business days of transit time after shipment for a total estimated delivery time of 4-14 days. ALL SHIPMENTS require an ADULT signature in order to be delivered.

Expedited Shipping: Expedited shipping options are available including UPS 3-Day Select, 2-Day Air or Next Day Air. Just add your items to your cart and enter your zip to calculate freight costs for all shipping options.NOTE: For Upgraded Shipping (Next Day, 2nd Day & 3 Day Select), please place your order by 2pm (per your approved states time zone) in order for us to have adequate time to prepare your order for shipment. Also be sure your billing and shipping address match in order for to expedite your upgraded order in a timely manner.

UPS Delivery Days:Our UPS account delivers Monday - Friday 7 am - 7 p.m. Transit times exclude Saturdays, Sundays and all major Holidays.

Packages Do Not Ship from Our Facilites on the Following Holidays:New Year's Day, President's Day, Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas

Refused Shipments:
Customer is responsible for additional charges in case(s) of missed delivery, re-delivery and refused orders/packages. Any refused orders/packages by the customer or packages re-routed back to our facilites from the carrier, due to undeliverable address will be charged a 20% fee.

Address Correction:
Customer is responsible for additional charges that may accrue if the delivery address is not correct. It is the customer's responsibility to confirm the delivery address and billing information when placing an order.

Merchandise Inspection:
When you receive your merchandise, inspect it for any damages or shortages immediately. For shortages or damaged contents please contact our Customer Service Department at (800) 860-0254 within two (2) business days to claim a refund. Refunds will not be issued for missing or damaged products after the 2nd business day of receipt of your merchandise. does not cover shipping costs past 2 business days after the customer has received their order.

Returns are not accepted. We respect our customers health and safety and we do not allow returns for this reason.

Order Cancellation:
Cancellations will only be accepted if the order has not yet shipped. Orders cannot be canceled via email, you must call (800) 821-0508 before 3pm (per your approved states time zone) the same day your order is placed. This is due to our commitment to process orders quickly, usually same day shipping. Once the checkout process is completed, our facilities are immediately notified to pick and carefully pack your order for shipment. The only exception to this is for products that are backordered. A backorder may be canceled any time prior to shipping. Please call toll free 1-800-821-0508 8am - 5pm (per your approved states time zone), if you wish to cancel a backorder item.

C.O.D. Orders: First time C.O.D. orders with our company will be required to first mail in the Cashier's Check or Money Order (NO PERSONAL CHECKS ACCEPTED) to our facility headquarters:

Please include your order number, phone number and email address with your Cashiers Check or Money Order. After we have received your Cashier's Check or Money Order and verified its authenticity, we will release your shipment.  After your first C.O.D. order has been executed, you will be authorized for standard C.O.D. shipments for future orders from Orders using C.O.D. must select UPS as the shipping carrier.  There is a $15 fee for using C.O.D.
